Used Cars, Trucks & SUVs for Bartlett & Raleigh-LaGrange 38134 — Nothing Hidden in the Paperwork
Most used-car regret doesn’t happen on the test drive. It happens later — at the desk, when the number moves, or three weeks in, when something breaks and you find out the window sticker said “as is.”
We built our used vehicle business so neither of those can happen here. The price is published, the inspection is documented, and what we owe you after the sale is in writing before you sign.
All of it is checkable from your phone right now.

The Number Doesn’t Move
There are roughly 19,000 franchised dealers in the United States. Not one of them sets the price of a used vehicle. The market does.
So we don’t guess, and we never price a vehicle on what somebody around here thinks it’s worth. Every unit is priced using Manheim Market Report auction data, vAuto, CARFAX valuation tools, Kelley Blue Book, and J.D. Power — five independent sources — at market or below, the day it hits our front line.
That means there’s nothing to negotiate. We’re not starting high and holding back a better number for whoever pushes hardest or argues longest. It’s one published number, and it’s the same for everybody who walks in.
- No addendums. No market adjustments, no forced accessory packages, no “dealer prep.”
- No surprise fees. Your buyer’s order shows tax, title, tag, and our documentation fee — the same fee every customer pays, disclosed before you sign.
- No trade required to get our price.
- No financing required to get our price. Pay cash, use your credit union, or use our lenders. Same number.
Read that last pair twice, because it’s where most price comparisons fall apart. A great many advertised prices in this market are conditional — they require a trade, dealer financing, or both, and the fine print is where the money comes back. When you compare lots, make sure you’re comparing the number you’d actually pay.
Every price is published online. No “call for price,” no email-gated “unlock your savings.” Compare our numbers before you drive anywhere — that’s exactly what we did before we set them.
Check the Box on the Window Sticker
Tennessee law lets any dealer hand you the keys with the “AS IS — NO DEALER WARRANTY” box checked. On a ten-year-old trade with 100,000 miles and no factory coverage left, most dealers check that box without a second thought.
We don’t. Not on one single used car, truck, or SUV we retail. If a vehicle is good enough for our front line, it’s good enough for us to back with our own money. If it isn’t, we send it to wholesale auction and you never see it.
That box is the single most important thing on the paperwork, and almost nobody reads it. A cheaper price on a vehicle sold as-is isn’t really a cheaper price. It’s a bet — and the dealer isn’t the one making it.
Our 50/50 3-Month / 3,000-Mile Limited Warranty — included at no extra cost
Remaining factory warranty transfers to you when there is any. When factory coverage is gone, ours takes over: we pay 50% of covered parts and 50% of covered labor for 3 months or 3,000 miles from your purchase date, whichever comes first. Repairs are performed here, in our own bays, by our own factory-trained technicians. The specific systems covered are printed on the FTC Buyers Guide displayed in every vehicle’s window — read it before you sign anything, here or anywhere else.
And the mileage doesn’t change it. A vehicle with 100,000 miles and every mile of factory coverage long gone gets the same 50/50 warranty as anything else on our front line. Mileage sets the price. It does not decide whether we stand behind the vehicle.
It isn’t bumper-to-bumper and we won’t pretend it is. It’s a real, funded commitment that we’ll split the cost of a covered repair during your first three months — on exactly the kind of vehicle the rest of the market hands over as-is.
48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee — because sometimes it isn’t right
This isn’t a policy about second thoughts. It’s about what happens if something goes wrong immediately.
You drive it home. Tuesday morning it won’t start, or something sounds wrong that didn’t sound wrong on the test drive. At most dealerships that is now entirely your problem. Here, you have 48 hours to bring it back for your money back — not wrecked, not stripped of parts, no excessive mileage, with the exact terms stated in your paperwork before you sign.
You are not stuck. That’s the whole point of it — and it’s a fair question to ask every other lot you visit.
Optional extended service contracts
If you want coverage past three months, we offer extended service contracts on vehicles up to 15 years old with up to 175,000 miles at time of sale. Entirely optional — the 50/50 warranty is included either way.
Two things worth knowing. A private seller can’t offer you a warranty at all — roughly half of used vehicle sales in this country happen between individuals, and every one of them ends the second the money changes hands.
And read those TV and telemarketer warranty pitches carefully. “Never pay for a covered repair again.” Read it twice — nobody ever pays for a covered repair. That’s what covered means. The line is engineered to sound like “never pay for a car repair again,” which is a completely different promise. Everything turns on what a claims department you’ll never meet decides to cover.
They don’t have OEM parts, factory-trained technicians, or service bays. They have a call center. We have all three, at 393 S. Byhalia Road.
Ask to See the Inspection Sheet
Every used vehicle we retail goes through an 82-point inspection — an actual 82-item form, completed and signed by a factory-trained technician. Both our inspection and reconditioning run on computer-aided systems, so nothing depends on a clipboard left on a workbench.
- Road test — 16 points. Cold start, drivability, transmission, ABS, CV joints, wheel vibration, rattles.
- Under the hood — 13 points. Oil change performed, battery load test, water pump, radiator, belts, all fluids.
- Wheels and tires — 6 points. Tread depth measured and recorded on all four. Spare. Wheel bearings. Lug torque.
- Brakes — 9 points. Pad thickness measured front and rear. Rotors, calipers, lines, fluid.
- Steering, suspension, underbody — 11 points. Ball joints, tie rods, bushings, shocks, exhaust, fuel system.
- Interior — 15 points. Seat belts, airbags, A/C, heat — plus a check for open airbag recalls, and we delete the previous owner’s personal data from the navigation system.
- Exterior — 6 points. Windshield, wipers, mirrors, lights, tint legality.
- Hybrid and EV — 6 additional points. Battery, inverter coolant, high-voltage shielding, charging equipment.
“Fully inspected” is a phrase every lot uses. Ask to see the sheet. Ask how many points, and ask whether a technician signed it. That one question separates real reconditioning from a car wash and a set of floor mats.
Two items are worth a second look. An open airbag recall is a life-safety issue a private seller has almost certainly never checked. And buy privately and the last owner’s home address, phone contacts, and garage door codes are usually still sitting in the dash.
Real CARFAX on Every Vehicle
Not a summary. The actual report, on every vehicle, and you don’t have to ask for it. We’re a CARFAX Top-Rated Dealer and a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating since May 2013. Neither can be bought — those are earned by doing this the same way for a long time, in the same building.
And if you want your own mechanic to look at a vehicle before you buy, take it to him. We won’t flinch. A dealer who won’t allow a pre-purchase inspection is telling you something.
Financing — 15 Lenders Working on Your Approval
We work with more than 15 lenders, including Stellantis Financial Services, and we place buyers across the full credit spectrum — including plenty of customers who were turned down somewhere else. Approval always depends on your credit, income, down payment, and the vehicle. But with fifteen lenders looking, the odds are a great deal better than with one.
We’ll tell you where you stand the same day rather than letting you sit at a desk all afternoon waiting on an answer. And if the vehicle you want is out of reach, we’ll say so and show you what is within reach.

Text Us — Do the Comparison Without Driving
Text (901) 665-3304 and you’ll get a response immediately, day or night.
Check whether a vehicle is still on the lot. Get a payment estimate. Send photos of your trade for a real number. Get pre-approved. Tell us the payment you need to be at and we’ll tell you honestly what it buys. Most of our Bartlett customers settle nearly the whole deal by text and come in once — to drive it and sign.
That number is a dedicated dealership line inside our customer system — not a salesperson’s personal cell phone. Your conversation stays with the store, so nobody hands you off and makes you start over. It’s fully compliant, and replying STOP ends it permanently.

We’ll Buy Your Vehicle Whether You Buy Ours or Not
Bring it by and we’ll appraise it in about 20 minutes and write you a check. No obligation and no trade required — and worth doing even if you end up buying elsewhere, just to know your number.
A large share of our best used inventory comes from local trades rather than out-of-town auctions. That’s a big part of why we know the history of what we sell — and why we’re willing to warranty it instead of pushing it out the door as-is.

Frequently Asked Questions About Buying a Used Car in Bartlett 38134
Where is the best place to buy a used car, truck, or SUV near Bartlett and Raleigh-LaGrange, TN 38134?
Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, at 393 S. Byhalia Road at Highway 385, publishes every price online at or below market using five independent data sources, gives every vehicle an 82-point inspection, shows you the real CARFAX report, and never sells a used vehicle “as is.” Every vehicle carries either remaining factory warranty or our 50/50 3-month/3,000-mile limited warranty at no extra cost, plus a 48-hour money-back guarantee. We’re a CARFAX Top-Rated Dealer and BBB Accredited A+ since 2013. Text (901) 665-3304 or call (901) 854-5337.
What should I look for in used car paperwork before I sign?
Three things. First, the FTC Buyers Guide in the window — check whether the “AS IS — NO DEALER WARRANTY” box is checked, because that determines whether anyone is responsible if the vehicle fails. Second, whether the price is conditional on a trade or on dealer financing. Third, whether there are addendums, market adjustments, or accessory packages added to the advertised number. We don’t do any of those.
Do you sell used cars “as is”?
No. Tennessee law permits as-is sales, and most dealers use that option on older or higher-mileage vehicles. We don’t retail any used vehicle as-is. If we can’t stand behind it, we send it to wholesale auction instead.
Do you negotiate on used car prices?
There’s no need to. We price every used vehicle at or below market using Manheim Market Report auction data, vAuto, CARFAX valuation tools, Kelley Blue Book, and J.D. Power analysis — five independent data sources. The price is published online and it’s the same for every customer.
Do you add addendums, market adjustments, or dealer fees?
No. There are no addendums, no market adjustments, and no forced accessory packages. Your buyer’s order shows tax, title, tag, and our documentation fee, which is the same for every customer and disclosed before you sign.
Do I have to trade in or finance with you to get your price?
No to both. The price is the same whether you have a trade or not, and whether you pay cash, use your own bank, or finance through one of our lenders.
Are your prices listed online, or do I have to call?
Every used vehicle is listed online with its price. We don’t use “call for price” and we don’t require an email address to see a number.
What happens if the used car breaks down right after I buy it?
You have two protections. Our 50/50 3-month/3,000-mile limited warranty is included at no extra cost — we pay 50% of covered parts and 50% of covered labor, with repairs performed in our own service department. And our 48-hour money-back guarantee means that if something goes wrong immediately, you can return the vehicle rather than being stuck with it. The vehicle must come back undamaged, with nothing removed and without excessive mileage; exact terms are in your purchase paperwork.
How many points is your used vehicle inspection?
82 points, completed and signed by a factory-trained technician on every used vehicle we retail — a 16-point road test, 13 under-hood items, wheels and tires, brakes, steering and suspension, 15 interior items, exterior items, and 6 additional points on hybrids and EVs. Both our inspection and reconditioning processes are computer-aided.
What does your 50/50 warranty cover, and does it cost extra?
It’s included at no extra cost. We pay 50% of covered parts and 50% of covered labor for 3 months or 3,000 miles from the purchase date, whichever comes first, with repairs performed in our own service department. Covered systems are listed on the FTC Buyers Guide displayed in each vehicle’s window.
Will you warranty a used vehicle with 100,000 miles?
Yes. A vehicle with 100,000 miles and no remaining factory coverage receives the same 50/50 3-month/3,000-mile limited warranty as anything else on our front line. High mileage affects the price. It doesn’t affect whether we stand behind the vehicle.
Do you offer extended warranties on used vehicles?
Yes, optionally — on vehicles up to 15 years old with up to 175,000 miles at time of sale. Unlike the companies that advertise on television and call cell phones, we have an actual service department with factory-trained technicians, OEM parts, and service bays. And note their standard pitch, “never pay for a covered repair again,” is meaningless: nobody ever pays for a covered repair. A private seller can’t offer you any warranty at all.
Can I get approved if I’ve been turned down somewhere else?
Often, yes. We work with more than 15 lenders, including Stellantis Financial Services, and we place buyers across the full credit spectrum. Approval depends on your credit, income, down payment, and the vehicle — but with fifteen lenders looking, the odds are better than with one. Start the application by text at (901) 665-3304 and know where you stand the same day.
Do you show the CARFAX report?
Yes, on every vehicle, without being asked. We’re a CARFAX Top-Rated Dealer.
Is Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram BBB accredited?
Yes. We’ve been a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business since May 2013 with an A+ rating.
Is it safer to buy a used car from a dealership than from a private seller?
A private sale offers no inspection, no warranty, no recourse, and no verified history — and it ends the moment money changes hands. Our used vehicles receive an 82-point inspection, come with the actual CARFAX report, carry our 50/50 limited warranty at no extra cost, and include a 48-hour money-back guarantee.
Can I have my own mechanic inspect a vehicle before I buy it?
Yes, and we encourage it.
Can I do most of the deal before I drive down from Bartlett?
Yes, and most of our Bartlett customers do. Compare prices online, then text (901) 665-3304 with your questions — availability, trade value, payment estimate, credit approval. Come in once to drive the vehicle and sign.
Do you sell used vehicles other than Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram?
Yes. Our used inventory is all makes. Local trades come in from every brand, and the ones that pass our 82-point inspection are retailed under the same no-as-is policy.
Will you appraise my vehicle if I’m not buying from you?
Yes. We’ll appraise it in about 20 minutes and write you a check whether or not you buy anything from us. No obligation. You can also text photos to (901) 665-3304 for a preliminary number.
What if you don’t have the vehicle I’m looking for?
Text (901) 665-3304 and tell us exactly what you want. Our used inventory turns daily and we buy constantly. We’d rather locate the right vehicle for you than sell you something that isn’t what you came for.
Can I text the dealership instead of calling?
Yes. Text (901) 665-3304 for an immediate response. It’s a dedicated dealership line connected to our customer system, not a salesperson’s personal cell phone. A live team member takes over whenever the question needs a person.
Will a real person answer if I call?
Yes. Call (901) 854-5337 during business hours and a live telephone operator answers and connects you to a team member. No automated menu.
