I arrived at the Collierville Jeep dealership a total and utter mess this morning. I was literally crying when I pulled into the service center due to a number of issues, one being my vehicle (obviously). I was immediately greeted by Chad Johnson. He was very sensitive, professional, and kind when dealing with me and looking at my vehicle. He immediately found the problem, told me the next steps, and gave me his name and cellphone number should I experience any additional issues. An extremely rough start to my morning was made better by Chad's friendliness and professionalism. Thank you so much, Chad!

Big Phil and Randy took really good care of us! Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted, they made the process quick and easy. Big Phil made sure the vehicle was nice and clean and detailed-- even filled the vehicle up with gas! Super nice guys and friendly atmosphere.

I was very pleased with the customer service at the Collierville Jeep location. I would highly recommend Ben Stott he was exceptional. Everything I asked for in a vehicle, he made sure it came with the vehicle. He was very attentive to what I wanted. I love my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I purchased it May 2018. Over all this was the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. If I ever buy a vehicle again, I would most definitely purchase from Collierville Jeep.

Just traded in my MINI cooper for this 2017 absolute beautiful car! Lacey was quick to contact me after I showed interest in this car on their website, and by the end of the next day I was signing paperwork. I didn’t come to the dealership thinking I was going to buy a car but Lacey really helped me in trading me car in and helping me get a good deal. Cassie also was great in explaining any questions I had, and all the paper work that I was signing so it didn’t make me feel like I was just signing things with no clue what was going on.All in all it was a great experience buying a car here and going through the experience with Lacey and Cassie, and now I’m happy as can be in my new 2017 370z!

Lacey, Cassie and Daryl did a fantastic job getting me the deal I wanted. They made buying easy and painless. None of the typical old style in and out fighting over the deal. I told them what I needed and they made it hapoen. Wow! Highly recommend for those of us that hate to “deal” on cars

This dealership is great at what they do and really work with the customer to get what works best. They got the price I was looking for with not much hassle and the transition of trading in my car and leaving in a new truck was great. The sales person, Lacey, was fantastic and did a great job showing me what I was interested in and didn’t pressure me to do anything.

This dealership has the atmosphere of a small time family business but with a big name. We enjoyed doing business with Bill Hodges, Randy, and one of the owners. However with any family, there is always that crazy uncle. His name is Detail shop. Maybe it's because I used to detail, but in "my opinion" a detail is not a run through a car wash while leaving MSRP stickers and other adhesives, a wasp nest, and dirty door jams. Bill Hodges kept to his word and made sure it was re-detailed. However the crazy uncle "Detail" was there, and left the floor unvacuumed, the door jams dirty, and apparently no shammy is needed, as water dripped from every area forming water spots during this 2 HOUR re-detail. All this said, do not judge the dealership on their crazy uncle, bottom line is you are there for a great deal, vehicle knowledge, and family friendly staff. We felt our expectations were met, aside from the detail. Solid 4.5/5
