Extremely disappointing experience
I was actively purchasing a 2021 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro from this dealership. I had communicated with the sales team, provided my driver's license and insurance information, submitted a credit application, and had my credit pulled by multiple lenders as part of the financing process. I was prepared to complete the purchase.
We had also already discussed travel arrangements for me to come from Indiana to Tennessee to pick up the truck. I had invested significant time into the transaction and was making plans based on the expectation that the purchase was moving forward.

There were some minor issues but overall experience was good. They are honesty up front sales and service personnel. They made sure vehicle was safe to drive before leaving the lot. They (service) repaired a defective part at NO cost to customer and verified a safety recall parts ordered/on the way. I recommend people look at Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (CDJR) dealership.

Ken was super helpful! He was upfront about a possible back log but was still able to get me in and fixed well before he originally estimated. Even got a welcome to the Jeep family card that I didn’t get when I brought my Wagoneer at a different dealership. All in all, he made me feel like family instead of a burden for not understanding what my vehicle was doing. Highly recommend!!
